Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• •No cancellation fees or penalties apply
• •Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

• •No future charges will occur after your current billing period ends
• •You will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your paid period
• •Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately upon cancellation

Standard Refunds

• •We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time
• •Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase
• •Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

• •Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods
• •Duplicate charges or billing errors
• •Cancellation within 24 hours of initial purchase (first-time subscribers only)

After Cancellation

• •Your data remains accessible for 90 days after subscription ends
• •You can export all your data during this period
• •After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted
• •Reactivating within 90 days restores your previous data

2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Follow the confirmation prompts
5. You'll receive an email confirmation of cancellation

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time:

• •Within 90 days: Your data and settings will be restored
• •After 90 days: You'll start fresh with a new account
• •Pricing may have changed since your cancellation
