At QuantLedger, we believe in providing flexible, fair terms for our customers. This cancellation policy outlines how subscription cancellations are handled.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancel Anytime

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

Billing After Cancellation

  • No future charges will occur after your current billing period ends
  • You will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your paid period
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately upon cancellation

Refund Policy

Standard Refunds

  • We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of initial purchase (first-time subscribers only)

Data Retention

After Cancellation

  • Your data remains accessible for 90 days after subscription ends
  • You can export all your data during this period
  • After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted
  • Reactivating within 90 days restores your previous data

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your QuantLedger account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation of cancellation

Reactivation

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time:

  • Within 90 days: Your data and settings will be restored
  • After 90 days: You'll start fresh with a new account
  • Pricing may have changed since your cancellation
